/ UPCH wins Horizon Europe Grant ARAGORN

By Christian Walther Bruun / On

“As a scientist who is passionate about nature, I was very excited when I from our Norwegian collaborators, NGI, heard about the call HORIZON-MISS-2022-SOIL-01-04 aiming to turn research into concrete actions to protect the health of soils, environment and people.

I know that writing a winning proposal for Horizon Europe can be difficult with strong competition, so I asked Christian from Grøn/Bruun during the summer holidays of 2022 if he could assist me, the UCPH and NGI team and the partners in coordinating and developing the proposal for the ARAGORN project.

I’m very happy that I did, as Christian helped not only in preparing the processes, gathering input from the consortium but also provided valuable input to the proposal itself, especially related to the expected impacts of ARAGORN. Christian also delivered expert assistance in the important visualisations – and was very professional and pleasant to work with.

This allowed to deliver a strong and winning proposal, that received the highest score of all those submitted to the topic.

I would be happy to work with Christian and Grøn/Bruun again.”
